Job summary

Comspek International in Wellington is seeking an experienced Solution Architect to lead a CRM transformation initiative. You will shape the architecture for a modern, scalable platform, combining AI-driven agents with established CRM technologies.

The role partners with the Enterprise Architect to deliver a robust solution with strong stakeholder engagement. Contract: Initial 6 months, Start: Immediate, Location: Wellington / Hybrid.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Solution Architect within complex enterprise environments.
• Strong Microsoft technology expertise, particularly Dynamics 365.
• Experience delivering and integrating CRM solutions.
• Understanding of AI technologies and intelligent automation.
• Experience with Microsoft Copilot or similar AI platforms would be highly advantageous.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead solution design for CRM transformation initiatives.

Job description

We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect for an initial six-month contract, with an immediate start available.

Working closely with the Enterprise Architect, you'll play a key role in delivering a significant CRM transformation initiative that combines AI-driven agents with established CRM technologies. This role will see you leading solution design, providing architectural guidance, and ensuring successful delivery of a modern, scalable platform.
