Job summary

Trilect Services is seeking motivated individuals to join Auckland's expanding solar installation team. The role involves the mechanical installation of solar systems on residential, commercial and industrial sites, working alongside electricians and crews.

You do not need to be an electrician to apply, and training will be provided for the right person. The role suits those who enjoy physical outdoor work, value teamwork, and want a stable career in renewables.

Qualifications

• Comfortable working at heights.
• Physically fit and capable of manual work.
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
• Able to work well within a team.
• Current NZ driver’s licence preferred.
• Current NZ work rights.

Responsibilities

• Installing solar mounting systems and support structures.
• Lifting and positioning solar panels.
• Working safely on residential and commercial rooftops.
• Installing cable trays and mechanical components.
• Assisting with battery and inverter installations.
• Maintaining a clean, safe and organised worksite.
