This is not repetitive housing work. You’ll work on a wide variety of systems using leading brands including Victron, Fronius, BYD, and Sigenergy – alongside a team that takes pride in doing the job properly.
Some days are on the tools installing. Others are fault finding, commissioning systems, or solving technical problems onsite.
Solar experience and a Mains Parallel endorsement is a real bonus, but not essential. The right attitude and electrical fundamentals matter more.
We’re not a volume franchise operation. We focus on quality workmanship, strong technical standards, and building long-term capability in our team. There is some overnight travel required on occasion, typically 1-2 nights per month.
