  • Supervising site crews and maintaining safe working practices and quality standards.
  • Working alongside the mechanical installation team to keep projects moving.
  • Contributing to site set-up, piling, ground-mount structure assembly, panel installation and general construction.
  • Potentially operating machinery, depending on your experience and project requirements.
  • Communicating with clients, delivery partners and site teams.
  • Travelling to project sites and staying away overnight as required.
  • Taking on greater team leadership responsibilities as the business grows.
What you’ll bring
  • NZ electrical registration and a current EWRB practising licence.
  • Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.
  • A practical, hands-on approach and willingness to work across the full build.
  • A commitment to safety and quality workmanship.
  • A full NZ driver’s licence and the legal right to work in New Zealand.
  • Flexibility to travel throughout New Zealand and stay away on projects.
Location and travel

There is a strong pipeline of Auckland work for the remainder of 2026, with travel expected to increase in 2027. The ability to travel and spend nights away is essential.

What’s on offer

  • Company ute.
  • Paid travel time.
  • Accommodation covered when working away.
  • daily meal allowance when working away.
  • Training support and career progression within a growing industry.
