Job summary

Serko Ltd is seeking a frontend-focused software engineer to help shape the application experience layer for our global business travel platform. You will craft web apps, BFFs, and orchestration services that connect directly to customers, with a focus on accessibility and performance.

You’ll collaborate across Product, Design, and Engineering, implement features with React/Next.js and TypeScript, and bridge to Python-based backends.

Qualifications

• Proven frontend experience with React, Next.js, and TypeScript.
• Experience building backend APIs (Python is acceptable).
• Commitment to accessibility and semantic HTML.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Product, Design, and Engineering to build web apps and services.
• Implement accessible UI and responsive components with a focus on quality.
• Bridge backend and frontend using Python APIs to power features.

What you'll bring

• A Strong Foundation: Solid, hands-on experience building user-friendly frontend features using React, Next.js, and TypeScript, paired with comfort in building backend APIs (we use Python, but other languages are welcome!).
