Job summary

South and North Ltd is seeking an experienced Software Developer to contribute to the Infomate web platform and iOS mobile application. You will participate in the full software development lifecycle—from requirement analysis to release and post-release support—across community, service, marketplace, motor, and property modules.

Responsibilities

• Investigate, consult on and analyse software and system requirements across Infomate modules (community, service, marketplace, motor, property) with product owners and editorial teams.
• Review existing Infomate web platform and iOS app to identify technical limitations and performance bottlenecks and propose improvements.
• Develop, test, debug and maintain application code following testing protocols and coding standards; diagnose and fix defects found by QA and users.
• Build and maintain source code for web and mobile features per technical specs, ensuring quality and performance.
• Prepare and maintain technical and end-user documentation and internal procedures for the software modules.
• Provide input on software initiatives, including effort estimates, costs, upgrades, and decisions on in-house vs external solutions.
• Collaborate with UX designers, back-end engineers, editorial and advertising teams to deliver end-to-end features across platforms.
