Job summary

Auckland City South and North Limited is seeking an experienced Software Developer to contribute to the Infomate web platform and iOS mobile app. You will work across the full software development lifecycle, translating business needs into working software features for community, service, marketplace, motor, and property modules.

Collaborating with product, editorial, sales, and operations teams, you will help improve performance, reliability, and scale as the platform grows in New Zealand.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a software developer on web and mobile platforms.
• Strong proficiency in Python, Kotlin, Swift, or JavaScript.
• Experience building RESTful APIs, databases, and responsive front-ends.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing.

Responsibilities

• Investigate requirements and translate into technical specifications.
• Review platform and app for performance bottlenecks and propose improvements.
• Develop, test, debug, and maintain application code per standards.
• Build and maintain code for new and existing features for web and mobile.
• Prepare technical documentation and guidance.
• Collaborate with UX, backend, editorial, and sales to deliver features.
