Your resume and cover letter, tailored to exactly what they’re hiring for.
KENZZI Group is seeking an experienced Social Media Manager to own strategy, planning and day-to-day management for CARL’S and other brands. You’ll craft content calendars, lead creator partnerships and analyze performance to optimise results across US and global markets.
You’ll post, adapt and publish content, and you must be comfortable appearing on camera to create organic TikToks and Reels. Strong organisational and communication skills are essential for coordinating cross-brand initiatives.
We’re looking for an experienced Social Media Manager to own the strategy, planning and day-to-day management of social channels for CARL’S, alongside other brands within KENZZI Group.
CARL’S is a new US food brand within KENZZI Group, focused on making everyday meals easier. You’ll help bring the brand to life through content that makes our food look appetising, shows how it fits into everyday routines and connects with our US audience.
You’ll take responsibility for what we post, when we post it, who it reaches and how it performs. You’ll combine strong creative judgment with an organised approach to content calendars, creator partnerships and performance reporting.
This role requires proven experience managing brand accounts and coordinating content from idea through to publication and analysis. You must also be comfortable appearing on camera and creating organic TikToks and Reels yourself.
Social strategy and content planning
Develop tailored social strategies and content plans for each brand across TikTok, Instagram and Facebook.
Define content pillars, posting schedules and deliverables that support each brand’s audience and commercial goals.
Plan for audiences across the US, Canada, New Zealand, Australia and the UK, adapting content and posting times to local behaviours, time zones and seasonal moments.
Build calendars around product launches, campaigns and key retail events, including Black Friday and Christmas.
Keep content production organised, with clear briefs, deadlines, approvals and publishing schedules.
UGC creator outreach and management
Find, approach and coordinate UGC creators who suit each brand and its customer personas.
Write clear creator briefs covering the concept, hook, key messages, deliverables and creative direction.
Manage creator communication, timelines, feedback and revisions.
Assess the quality and relevance of submitted content and plan how it fits into the wider content calendar.
Use performance findings to improve future briefs and creator selection.
Content creation and feed curation
Curate cohesive, engaging feeds with a considered mix of UGC, static graphics, AI-generated content and organic video.
Confidently film and appear in TikToks, Reels and other organic brand content.
Develop platform-appropriate concepts, hooks, captions and calls to action.
Work with designers, video editors and other team members to bring ideas to life.
Maintain a distinct voice and visual direction for each brand.
Research, analysis and optimisation
Research audiences, competitors and relevant TikTok and Meta trends across our markets.
Identify which trends and formats make sense for each brand and turn those findings into practical content ideas.
Monitor performance, including reach, watch time, retention, engagement, audience growth and traffic or conversions where measurable.
Report on what is working, what is underperforming and what should change.
Test content formats, hooks, posting times and messaging, then use the results to refine the plan.
Proven experience independently managing social media for consumer brands, with ownership of strategy, planning and execution.
Experience managing multiple brand accounts or content calendars while maintaining consistent quality and meeting deadlines.
Hands‑on experience sourcing UGC creators, conducting outreach, writing briefs and managing content delivery.
Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram and Facebook, including how content and audience behaviour differ between platforms.
Confidence reading social analytics, explaining results and making clear recommendations.
Strong creative instincts and the ability to turn audience insights into relevant content.
Confidence filming, editing and appearing in organic social videos.
Excellent organisation, communication and project management skills.
A proactive approach: you can propose a plan, coordinate the people involved and follow through on delivery.
Experience creating content for US audiences is a strong advantage, particularly within food, beauty, personal care or other consumer product categories. Experience working across international markets is also valuable.
Each brand has a clear content direction, an organised calendar and a reliable publishing schedule. Creator partnerships are well managed, content speaks to the intended audience, and performance findings lead to better creative decisions.
Research, planning, coordination and analysis form a substantial part of this position. Filming requirements will vary with the content plan; you should be equally confident presenting a strategy, briefing a creator and stepping in front of the camera.
You’ll get familiar with KENZZI Group’s brands, audiences and markets, then establish a clear content strategy and a consistent posting schedule for each brand. You’ll set up planning, scheduling and reporting tools, build a dedicated UGC creator database for each brand, and begin managing outreach and briefs. By day 90, you’ll confidently own the content calendars and use performance insights to guide what we create next.
