Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience.
• Relevant qualification or certificate is preferable but not a must.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing planting, fertilization, harvesting, and crop processing techniques.
• Identify pathogens, pests, and weeds; help implement control measures.
• Study environmental factors affecting crop health and yield.
• Analyze agricultural produce to ensure quality standards.
• Provide technical advice on horticultural tech, including sensors and farm software.
• Install, maintain, and repair crop health monitoring equipment.
• Support researchers and agronomists with precision agriculture technologies.
• Advise producers on best farming techniques to improve efficiency and sustainability.
