Alignz Recruitment in Mount Maunganui is actively seeking experienced skilled labourers to join our expanding civil and infrastructure teams. You will support major projects across the Tauranga region with site preparation, tool operation, and general labouring duties on busy sites.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in civil, construction, or labouring roles
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to work well in a team
• Site Safe or relevant tickets (preferred but not essential)
• Full driver’s licence and own transport (advantageous)
