Alignz Recruitment is seeking General Labourers for ongoing roles across Tauranga and the wider Bay of Plenty. If you're physically fit, reliable and ready to work — we want to hear from you.

You’ll contribute to civil construction sites, industrial yards, manufacturing plants and infrastructure projects, with weekly pay and opportunities to upskill. Immediate starts available and multiple placements offered.

Qualifications

• Physically fit and able to perform manual labour.
• Strong work ethic and reliability.
• Punctual and able to follow instructions.
• Own transport preferred; licences a bonus.

The Role May Include:

• Site clean-ups and general labouring

No two days are the same — we place workers based on experience and availability.
