Department of Conservation - Te Papa Atawhai in Rotorua is seeking a part-time Site Support Officer (0.5 FTE) to provide essential administrative support and assist with site operations. You will act as the main site contact for office and facilities issues and help maintain service readiness across DOC premises.
The role focuses on admin duties, fleet checks, health and safety tasks, and coordinating day-to-day site operations while supporting the Site Lead.

The Department of Conservation (DOC) protects and manages Aotearoa New Zealand's natural and historic heritage for the benefit of present and future generations. Our Regional Operations Group delivers frontline conservation work that protects and enhances the places, species, and ecosystems entrusted to our care. Reporting to the Operations Advisor, the Site Support Officer plays a key part in delivering essential administrative support to help ensure the efficient and safe functioning of DOC facilities across the region.
Please note: This role is 0.5FTE. Days/ Hours to be negotiated between hiring manager and successful candidate.
