Job summary

Gamuda Group is seeking qualified fabricators and onsite welders for our Auckland area operations. The role requires strong social and team skills, confidence to work independently on site, and fitness to pass drug and alcohol testing. Applicants should have 3 years of heavy engineering experience and extensive stick welding.

Full-time position with an hourly wage range of NZ$30.00 to NZ$35.00. Benefits and additional training opportunities may be discussed during the interview process.

Qualifications

• 3 years experience (post training) in heavy engineering.
• A high amount of onsite stick welding experience.
• Full drivers licence with no infringements.
• Experience with heavy machinery/transportation an advantage.
• Must be able to fabricate to tight tolerances.
• Must be able to work extended hours as required.
• Ability to transfer into workshop MIG structural fabrication if required.
