Job summary

Singapore Carpentry design and build Pte Ltd is seeking a Project Manager to oversee interior design projects from planning to execution. The role includes managing on-site operations, costing, contract administration, and delivery coordination to meet quality and safety standards.

You will coordinate with contractors and various trades, prepare tender documents, and review drawings and regulatory requirements. Client liaison and business development follow-ups are part of the scope.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full project management, including planning, design, and execution.
• Manage all on-site operations, including costing, contract administration, delivery coordination, and project progress to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
• Coordinate with contractors and various trades to ensure workmanship, timelines, technical requirements, and safety standards meet statutory and client expectations.
• Prepare tender documents, quotations, and drawings.
• Review and analyze drawings, regulatory requirements, and tender specifications.
• Liaise with clients on project matters and follow up on potential new projects.
