PlaceMakers in Dunedin seeks a Showroom Team Member to be the first point of contact at the Trade Counter and Showroom. You will build relationships, assist customers with sales, promotions, returns, and repairs, and help manage inventory. A strong customer-service mindset is essential.

You will work 40 hours per week, Tuesday to Saturday, with opportunities for development within Fletcher Building Group. Prior retail experience is preferred, along with numeracy and computer skills.

• Proven customer service experience, ideally in retail sales.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with diverse customers.
• Self-motivated, able to work independently and proactively.
• Computer and numeracy knowledge.
• Attention to detail and good time management.
• Experience merchandising and running in-store promotions.
