The Warehouse in Otago, Central Otago is seeking team members to join our busy retail store. You will help restock, assist customers and support online order fulfillment to ensure shelf availability.

Applicants should have NZ residency or a valid NZ work visa. We offer discounts, birthday leave and community initiatives as part of our benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing role is beneficial.
• Comfortable standing for extended periods and undertaking heavy lifting.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced store environment.
• Good communication and a positive attitude.

Job Description

Hours of work:

• Sunday, Monday & Tuesday: 9:00am - 6:00pm
• Wednesday: 9:00am - 4:30pm
• Thursday: 1:00pm - 9:00pm

We're looking for team to join us in the journey of providing bargains, championing sustainability and participating in local public good initiatives!

You will thrive in our fast-paced envrionment and have a strong work ethic to get the job done without compromising service standards. Success is a team effort, whether it be restocking shelves, cleaning areas of the store, or providing excellent customer service.

If your store contains an online fulfillment function, you will also ensure online orders are efficiently picked from the shelves and packed and ensure that the picking shelf processes are followed correctly to maximize shelf availability.

All applicants for this position should have either NZ residency or a valid NZ work Visa.

Qualifications

Experience in a customer-facing role, such as retail or hospitality, would be beneficial, but it's not a requirement. Ideally you will have good communication skills and a positive attitude, along with a willingness to learn. You should be comfortable standing for extended periods, climbing ladders, and undertaking some heavy lifting
