Job summary

Timezone Dunedin is seeking a Part-time Fun Squad Leader to guide and inspire our FunSquad. You will lead shifts, delegate tasks, and partner with management to deliver outstanding guest experiences at our Dunedin venue.

The role requires a strong, diligent leader with a passion for guest service and a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends. Opportunities for hours to grow may arise later in the year.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in fast-paced guest-facing environments.
• Strong focus on delivering remarkable guest experiences.
• Ability to supervise a small team and delegate tasks.
• Extensive availability across nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead and delegate to the FunSquad during shifts and act as a partner to the venue’s management.
• Ensure REMARKABLE guest experiences and support sales goals.
• Motivate and engage the team to maintain high standards and guest satisfaction.

As a Fun Squad Leader for our Timezone Dunedin venue, you will lead & delegate to our FunSquad with a passionate & nurturing style! You will be supported by & also provide support to the management team and have a razor-sharp focus on ensuring our guest experience is second to none!

We are looking for someone to work 15 hours per week. Shifts during the weekdays will be afternoon into evening and there will also be weekend work across day and evening shifts. There is the opportunity for hours to increase later in the year!
