Job summary

Timezone Riccarton in Christchurch is seeking a Senior Technician to keep our arcade and venue systems running smoothly. You will troubleshoot and maintain arcade games, pinspotters, lanes, and scoring equipment, working closely with the Facilities Manager to ensure guest experiences are flawless.

Ideal candidates are technically minded, have trade experience, and enjoy solving hardware and software issues on a busy floor.

Responsibilities

• Maintain arcade games, pinspotters, machinery, lanes, and scoring equipment.
• Assist in building and fittings as needed to keep the venue running smoothly.
• Provide guest-facing support and report issues to the Facilities Manager.
• Ensure guest experience remains second to none.

As the Senior Technician for our Timezone Riccarton venue, you will use your technically minded brain to trouble‑shoot and ensure all the many moving parts that make up a Timezone venue are in perfect operational order!

Tasks might include maintenance of arcade games, pinspotters, machinery, lanes, scoring equipment, building and fittings. You will provide support and also be supported by the Facilities Manager and have a razor‑sharp focus on ensuring our guest experience is second to none.
