Job summary

Talley’s in Blenheim, Marlborough, is seeking a Maintenance Electrician to keep production lines powered and equipment running reliably. You'll troubleshoot faults across a range of electrical systems and perform preventative maintenance while contributing to continuous improvement projects.

Strong candidates will have motor and drive knowledge, an EWRB registration or limited license, and experience in manufacturing or industrial settings.

Qualifications

• Holds a current EWRB Registration / or Limited License.
• Experience in manufacturing, food processing, or industrial environments.
• Understands motors, drives, control systems, and production equipment.
• Fault finding and problem solving skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot faults on production lines and associated controls.
• Carry out preventative maintenance and routine servicing of equipment.
• Upgrade equipment and implement improvements to keep operations running efficiently and safely.

The Role

This isn't a role where you'll be staring at the same machine every day. One moment you're troubleshooting a fault on a production line. The next you're carrying out preventative maintenance, upgrading equipment, or helping implement improvements that make the whole operation run better.

You'll work across a wide range of electrical systems and production equipment, playing a critical role in keeping our facility operating safely, efficiently, and reliably.
