Job summary

Toyota Material Handling New Zealand in Auckland is seeking an experienced Service Technician to join our North Harbour MH team. You will service and repair forklifts, reach trucks and other materials handling equipment, either in the field or in our well-equipped workshop, bringing hands-on problem-solving and a commitment to exceptional customer service.

You will work independently, with a positive can-do attitude, and hold a full driver's licence.

Qualifications

• Full driver’s licence.
• Customer service and the ability to build rapport.
• Positive, can-do attitude and works well in a team.
• Qualified or equivalently experienced in automotive heavy, light or electrical.
• WOF approval or willingness to become WOF approved is advantageous.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Service and repair forklifts, reach trucks and other materials handling equipment.
• Perform work either in the field or in the workshop.
• Provide excellent customer service and build relationships with customers.
• Diagnose faults and perform repairs with quality workmanship.
• Maintain safety and compliance in all tasks.
