Job summary

CGR Services is seeking an experienced Diesel Mechanic for our Timaru branch. You will diagnose faults, service and repair diesel-powered machinery, and perform mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical repairs in a modern workshop.

Qualifications

• Qualified Diesel Mechanic with relevant trade training.
• Experience servicing and repairing diesel-powered machinery.
• Agricultural machinery or tractor experience is highly regarded.
• Strong diagnostic and fault-finding abilities.
• Commitment to health and safety in the workplace.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose faults on tractors and agricultural machinery.
• Carry out servicing, repairs, and preventative maintenance.

Working within a modern workshop, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a range of tractors and agricultural machinery. This is an excellent opportunity to join a stable business that values its people and provides ongoing training and career development opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose faults on tractors and agricultural machinery.
• Carry out servicing, repairs, and preventative maintenance.
