Job summary

Fonterra is seeking a proactive Service Specialist, Outbound Sales for a 12-month secondment. You will engage Farm Source customers through targeted outbound campaigns, preparing them for seasonal needs and securing the right products while delivering a personalised experience that reflects each customer’s needs.

You’ll be an extension of the store network, partnering with retail and field teams to strengthen connections and grow sales, while helping improve campaign management and visibility

About the Opportunity | Mō tēnei tūranga

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and driven Service Specialist, Outbound Sales to join our team for a 12-month secondment.

You’ll play a key role in connecting with Farm Source customers through targeted outbound campaigns, helping them prepare for seasonal needs, secure the right products and continue choosing Farm Source. You’ll turn customer conversations into sales opportunities while providing a personalised experience that reflects each customer’s individual needs.

This role is about more than making calls. You’ll be an extension of our store network, partnering with retail and field teams to strengthen customer connections and grow sales. You’ll also help improve the way campaigns are managed, bringing greater visibility, consistency and continuous improvement across the network.
