Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Service Technician.
• Ability to lead and mentor others effectively.
• Familiarity with John Deere and competitive products.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in desktop applications like Microsoft Office.
• Forklift license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and monitor the workshop team.
• Assign jobs and work areas to Service Department employees.
• Assist in appraising repair orders coming into the Service Department.
• Direct and assist in diagnosing machine problems.
• Inspect and repair all special tools.
• Advise Service Manager of customer complaints.
• Coordinate technician training and safety meetings.
