Compass Group New Zealand in Auckland CBD is seeking a confident Service Experience Host to lead guest services, concierge and event coordination at a high-end corporate site. This permanent role offers 16 hours per week with a hands-on, hospitality‑focused leadership style.

You will welcome guests, deliver food and beverage service, support room setups and meetings, handle guest queries with discretion, and assist across departments.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service or hospitality background.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional presentation and friendly, can do attitude.
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Confidence using Microsoft Office, booking systems and phones.
• Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure.
• Flexibility to support across departments and, at times, other sites.
• Experience in five star hospitality, floor management, audio visual support or additional languages is an advantage.

We're looking for a confident and service-driven Service Experience Host to join our team at a high-end corporate site in Auckland CBD. You'll be leading a team that delivers exceptional guest services, concierge support, and event coordination. This is a hands‑on leadership role where your hospitality expertise and people‑first approach will shine to deliverManaakitanga daily. This is a Permanent position with 16 hours guaranteed per week.
