• Ability to troubleshoot routine IT issues and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Respond to service desk requests and provide day-to-day digital support.
• Troubleshoot routine issues with Microsoft 365, laptops, mobile devices and workplace tech.
• Assist with onboarding and offboarding activities.
• Prepare and deploy devices and maintain asset records.
