Job summary

Watercare in Auckland is hiring a Service Desk Analyst to provide first-line technical support across digital services. You will log and manage requests, resolve issues where possible, and escalate where needed while supporting user access and onboarding processes.

Ideal candidates have proven service desk experience, strong customer service and clear communication, plus familiarity with Microsoft 365, Azure AD and ITIL practices. On-site role with attractive salary and staff benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in a technical support or service desk role.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to explain technical information to non-technical users.
• Strong organization and multi-tasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level technical support via email, phone, and portal.
• Log, track and resolve service requests; escalate where required.
• Manage user access and onboarding/offboarding across systems.
• Coordinate with IT and suppliers to resolve incidents.
