Qualifications

• 2+ years of SEO experience, agency experience preferred.
• Solid understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO fundamentals.
• Familiar with tools such as Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, SEMrush, GA4, GSC, and GBP.
• Experience with CMS platforms like WordPress, Shopify, or Magento.
• Experience using AI LLMs or SEO-specific tools to improve workflow.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
• Good communication skills with client-facing confidence development over time.
• Curiosity for SEO and a desire to keep learning as the industry evolves.
• Awareness of AI search trends such as AEO and GEO.

Responsibilities

• Implement technical SEO and content strategies across a portfolio of clients under guidance of the SEO Manager.
• Conduct keyword research, on-page optimisation, and technical SEO audits.
• Assist with link building initiatives and off-page strategy execution.
• Support AI search optimisation efforts including AEO and GEO to improve client visibility across AI Overviews and other tools.
• Monitor and analyse campaign performance, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Contribute to monthly client reports, tracking progress against KPIs.
• Leverage best practice AI to improve SEO quality and efficiency.
• Support content writers with SEO briefs and on-page recommendations for optimization.
• Stay current with search engine updates and SEO best practices, sharing learnings with the team.
• Keep up to date with AI SEO developments for LL(M) placements.
