Qualifications

• 5+ years of digital marketing experience, agency or B2B preferred.
• Strong hands-on with Google Ads and paid social campaigns.
• Proven GA4 analytics, dashboards and performance reporting experience.
• Solid SEO knowledge including AI-enabled search.
• Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms (HubSpot).
• Email marketing and lead nurturing experience.
• Conversion rate optimisation and landing-page performance skills.
• Familiar with AI-enabled marketing tools and experimentation.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute integrated digital campaigns across paid search, paid social, SEO, email, sites and automation.
• Use AI to accelerate research, derive audience insights, test hypotheses and identify optimisation opportunities.
• Build smarter marketing workflows using AI, automation and connected platforms.
• Analyse performance data to explain results and inform next steps.
• Develop dashboards and translate data into clear client recommendations.
• Improve conversion journeys, landing pages, and lead funnels.
• Optimise content and sites for traditional and AI-led search and discovery.
• Experiment with new AI marketing tools and approaches and assess usefulness.
• Present strategies, results and opportunities to clients with clarity.
