Job summary

Datacom is seeking an experienced Senior Workday Consultant for an initial 6-month contract. You will act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and implementation teams on Workday HCM projects, guiding workshops and key decision points.

You will lead Workday HCM workstreams, design and configure solutions, run testing, and deliver knowledge transfer and user training across multiple client engagements. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Senior Workday Consultant with client-facing experience in Workday HCM.
• Proven ability to gather requirements, design solutions and configure Workday.
• Experience leading workshops and cross-functional delivery teams.
• Workday Implementation/PRO certification in HCM Core and Compensation.

Responsibilities

• Lead Workday HCM workstreams across client implementations.
• Facilitate workshops, capture business requirements and translate them into Workday designs.
• Configure Workday solutions and support testing and deployment.
• Deliver knowledge transfer and user training to client teams.
