Job summary

Datacom is seeking a Principal Consultant - Workday to act as the bridge between business users, stakeholders and our implementation teams. You will lead workshops, elicit requirements, craft solutions and clearly articulate Workday concepts to clients.

You will oversee Workday HCM workstreams across multiple high-profile clients, driving requirements, design, configuration and testing, with knowledge transfer and training activities as part of delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience leading Workday HCM workstreams across multiple clients.
• Certification in Workday PRO or equivalent is desirable.
• Ability to elicit requirements, scope solutions and articulate Workday concepts.

Responsibilities

• Lead Workday HCM workstreams for multiple clients from requirements to design and configuration.
• Lead testing activities, knowledge transfer sessions and user training.
• Engage with stakeholders at all levels to drive successful implementations.
