Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• 10 years relevant experience desirable, preferably in water infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Lead on assigned civil projects to deliver outputs on budget, on time and to quality standards.
• Determine client requirements, conduct site surveys, produce calculations, cost estimates, specs and drawings.
• Organise tender documents, evaluate tenders and contracts.
• Develop and mentor junior staff.
• Liaise with clients to meet expectations and address concerns.
• Identify opportunities for business development and client growth.
• Produce quality project outputs with resource planning and scheduling.
