Job summary

You bring a Civil Engineering degree, around 10 years in water projects, excellent communication, and a drive for quality and timely outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• 10 years relevant experience, preferably in water infrastructure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work to tight deadlines.
• Resilience and agility.

Responsibilities

• Lead on assigned projects to deliver outputs on budget, on time and to quality standards.
• Determine client requirements, conduct site surveys and investigations, produce calculations, cost estimates, specifications and drawings.
• Organise tender documents, evaluate tenders and contracts.
• Develop and mentor junior staff.
• Liaise with clients to ensure expectations are met and concerns are addressed.
• Identify opportunities for business development and client needs.
• Ensure design work is resourced, reviewed and programmed.
