Job summary

Pattle Delamore Partners (PDP) is a leading environmental and engineering consultancy with a nationwide presence in Aotearoa. We are seeking a Senior Water Engineer in Wellington to deliver infrastructure projects from investigation through construction, while advancing your expertise and mentoring junior engineers.

You’ll join a multi-disciplinary team of scientists, engineers and advisors, collaborate with clients, and contribute to diverse water projects across New Zealand.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in water, wastewater or stormwater engineering.
• A Civil, Environmental or Natural Resources Engineering degree.
• Strong technical capability in three waters infrastructure design and project delivery.
• Experience delivering projects from investigation through to construction.
• Knowledge of hydraulic modelling tools such as TUFLOW, InfoWorks ICM or WSPro.
• A collaborative approach with an interest in mentoring junior engineers.
• CPEng (or equivalent), or working towards professional registration.

We're looking for a Senior Water Engineer to join our growing Wellington team. You'll deliver technically challenging infrastructure projects from investigation and design through to construction, working alongside experienced specialists while continuing to build your expertise, mentor junior engineers, and strengthen client relationships.
