Yo Ai Labs is seeking a Creative & Design Specialist to support AI-driven projects across graphic design, video editing, motion graphics, and UI/UX tasks. This remote contractor role welcomes worldwide applicants and offers flexible scheduling.

You will review AI-generated outputs, provide high-quality human feedback, annotate content, and help improve workflows. Experience in human-data work for AI models is required; mere use of AI tools for content creation does not meet the requirement.

Verified paid experience in AI human-data work, including data labeling and model evaluation.
Strong written and verbal English (B2 or higher).

Responsibilities

Complete structured creative tasks using tools such as Figma, Canva, Adobe After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, CorelDRAW, CLO3D, Camtasia, Adobe Lightroom, Mural, Milanote, and Behance.
Evaluate AI-generated designs, images, videos, and multimedia outputs for quality, usability, accuracy, and realism.
Review creative outputs against professional design standards and project criteria.
Provide detailed annotations, ratings, and constructive feedback on AI-generated content.
Document observations and recommend improvements to creative workflows and tool usage.
Assess composition, typography, layout, visual hierarchy, motion, editing, and overall user experience.
Follow project guidelines and deliver high-quality work within agreed timelines.
