Job summary

YO AI Labs is seeking a Creative & Design Specialist to support a remote, worldwide project focused on graphic design, multimedia, UI/UX, and motion graphics. You will review AI-generated outputs, and provide high-quality human feedback for AI training. Prior paid human-data experience is required beyond AI-only generation.

The role covers evaluating visuals, annotations, and improvements across a range of design tools, with strict adherence to project guidelines and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional experience in graphic design, video editing, motion graphics, UI/UX, or related fields.
• Proficiency with the listed creative applications and workflows.
• Verified, paid experience in AI human-data work, including data labeling or evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Complete structured creative tasks using tools such as Figma, Canva, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, CorelDRAW, CLO3D, Camtasia, Lightroom, Mural, Milanote, and Behance.
• Evaluate AI-generated designs for quality, usability, accuracy, and realism.
• Review outputs against professional design standards and project criteria.
• Provide annotations, ratings, and constructive feedback on AI content.
• Document observations and suggest improvements to workflows and tool usage.
• Assess composition, typography, layout, visual hierarchy, motion, and UX; meet deadlines.
