Job summary

YO AI Labs seeks a Creative & Design Specialist to evaluate AI-generated outputs and provide high-quality human feedback for AI training. The role covers graphic design, video editing, motion graphics, and UI/UX across remote, worldwide projects.

Strong expertise in Figma, After Effects and color/typography standards is essential, with at least 2 years in related fields. Independent work and timely delivery are expected in a flexible, contractor arrangement.

Qualifications

Minimum 2+ years of professional experience in graphic design, video editing, motion graphics, UI/UX or related creative fields.
Paid experience in AI human-data work including data labeling, annotation, RLHF, model evaluation or rubric-based grading.

Responsibilities

Complete structured creative tasks using tools like Figma, Canva, Adobe After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, CorelDRAW, CLO3D, Camtasia, Adobe Lightroom, Mural, Milanote and Behance.
Evaluate AI-generated designs, images, videos and multimedia outputs for quality, usability, accuracy and realism.
Review outputs against professional design standards and project criteria and provide detailed annotations, ratings, and constructive feedback.
Document observations and recommend improvements to creative workflows and tool usage.
