Perfect Placement UK Ltd is seeking an experienced Senior Vehicle Technician in Henfield, West Sussex. The role offers a competitive salary up to £40,000 with overtime potential in a modern, heated workshop known for high-quality workmanship and customer service.

Responsibilities include servicing, diagnostics, and major components work across all makes. NVQ3 or time-served required; full UK driving licence essential; MOT licence is a plus.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 qualification or time served is acceptable.
• Strong diagnostic and fault-finding ability.
• Full UK driving licence is required.
• MOT Testing Licence is advantageous but not essential.
• Experience with brands such as Ford, Land Rover, Audi, Mercedes-Benz, Volvo or Nissan.
• Enthusiastic, approachable and professional manner.

Responsibilities

• As a Senior Vehicle Technician, complete servicing, repairs and routine maintenance across all makes and models.
• Diagnose vehicle faults using computer hardware and diagnostic software.
• Carry out brake, clutch and timing belt repairs and replacements.
• Undertake engine and gearbox removal, stripping and fitting.
• Maintain consistently high workshop standards.
• Complete all work in accordance with company procedures and quality standards.

Skills

Strong diagnostic and fault-finding

Full UK driving licence

MOT Testing Licence advantageous
