Job summary

KPI People is seeking a Vehicle Technician and MOT Tester for their Christchurch location. The position offers a competitive basic salary up to £38,000 with an OTE bonus of up to £42,000. Extensive benefits include funded IMI courses, 31 days annual leave, increasing with service, and a company pension.

Ideal candidates will have a Level 3 NVQ or equivalent and two years of post-apprenticeship experience.

Work hours are Monday to Friday, with Saturdays on a rota basis.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years post-apprenticeship experience.
• Full and clean UK driving licence required.
• Desirable: Manufacturer accreditations and EV/Hybrid accreditation.

Responsibilities

• Carry out servicing and repairs to the highest standards.
• Electrical and mechanical diagnostics.
• Carry out MOT tests to DVSA standards.

Salary, OTE & Working Hours

Basic salary £36,000–£38,000 depending on experience and qualifications. OTE bonus up to £42,000. Monday to Friday 8:30 am – 5:30 pm. Saturday on a rota until 4:00 pm.
