Job summary

Aurecon Group is seeking a structural engineer to design and analyse transmission towers, poles, and overhead line structures. You will apply PLS-TOWER and PLS-POLE to deliver practical, high-quality designs and supporting calculations.

You will contribute to technical reviews, generate drawings and reports, and help shape consistent design standards while collaborating with electrical, civil and multidisciplinary teams across locations.

Qualifications

• Relevant structural engineering qualification and demonstrated experience in transmission structure design.
• Hands-on professional experience using PLS-TOWER and PLS-POLE.
• Experience designing transmission towers, poles or associated overhead line structures.
• Evidence of personally completing structural designs, calculations, drawings and technical reports.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder engagement skills.
