Job summary

Aurecon is looking for a Senior Structural Transmission Line Engineer to join our Transmission Line Engineering team in Auckland, Hamilton, Tauranga, Wellington or Christchurch. You will personally design and analyse transmission towers, poles and overhead structures, applying PLS-TOWER and PLS-POLE to deliver practical, high‑quality designs.

Qualifications

• A relevant structural engineering qualification and demonstrated experience in transmission structure design.
• Hands-on professional experience using PLS-TOWER and PLS-POLE.
• Experience designing transmission towers, poles or overhead line structures.
• Evidence of completing structural designs, calculations, drawings and reports.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
