Job summary

Accenture Auckland is seeking a Senior Manager to shape and execute transformation programmes for large clients in the public and private sectors. You will lead cross‑functional teams, drive AI and technology enabled change, and ensure value realisation from complex initiatives.

You will translate business problems into practical transformation plans, manage stakeholder expectations, and deliver outcomes that align with client strategy.

Qualifications

• Relevant Bachelor's Degree or equivalent industry experience.
• Minimum 9 years of experience in a professional services organisation, working with senior stakeholders and delivering transformation journeys.
• Deep knowledge across transformation, strategy, business process reinvention, or tech domains like AI, data, cloud, security.

Responsibilities

• Shape, mobilise and execute transformation programmes for clients.
• Lead workstreams within complex transformation programmes and manage delivery across teams.
• Translate problems into transformation plans, combining process redesign, operating model change, AI/automation and data and tech implementation.
• Prepare executive materials, drive decisions, and manage value realisation and ROI.
• Coach junior team members and contribute to practice capability development and business development.
