NPAworldwide seeks a Senior Three Waters Engineer in Christchurch to own projects across Three Waters, water supply, wastewater, and drainage. The role emphasizes hands-on delivery with mentoring support and direct client interactions.

The ideal candidate has 5–10+ years’ NZ experience in consulting, with Three Waters design grounding and familiarity with hydraulic modelling tools, plus chartership progression towards CPEng.

Qualifications

• Requires Washington Accord degree.
• NZ experience in Three Waters consulting preferred.
• Strong communication with clients, councils and contractors.

Responsabilités

• Take genuine ownership of projects.
• Work directly with senior people in the business.
• Develop client-facing and leadership capability.
