Health New Zealand | Te Whatu Ora Gisborne Hospital is advertising a part-time (0.9FTE) Associate Clinical Nurse Manager to join the Perioperative Team on a permanent basis. The role leads Theatre and PACU teams to ensure safe, efficient care and provides a supportive, collaborative environment within a small multidisciplinary team.

Ideal candidates have theatre leadership experience, postgraduate study, and a strong track record within the NZ Health System.

Qualifikationen

• Theatre experience 5 years or greater.
• Evidence of postgraduate study and preferable PGDipN or PGDipHS.
• Desirable to have a Proficient or Senior nurse portfolio.
• Must have leadership experience.
• Currently working within the NZ Health System.

• Lead the Theatre and PACU teams to provide for efficient and safe delivery of planned and unplanned care.
• Support the Associate Clinical Nurse Manager role within the perioperative team.
