Job summary

Synechron is seeking a Senior Test Analyst to join our team in the financial technology sector. The role focuses on executing migration test cases, validating migrated customer data, and performing post-validation testing in HPS configurations.

You will ensure compliance with business rules and product setups while verifying interfaces and downstream impacts. Ideal candidates bring 5+ years of testing experience, familiarity with HPS PowerCARD and card management systems, and strong data

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years testing experience.
• Experience with HPS PowerCARD and card management systems.
• Extensive data migration testing experience.
• Strong functional testing and UAT support.
• Knowledge of debit, credit and merchant products preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute migration test cases and validate migrated data.
• Perform PVT in HPS configurations and verify interfaces and downstream impacts.
• Validate business rules and product setups; verify transactions and reconciliation.
• Identify, log, and retest defects; support dress rehearsals and production migration validation.
• Produce test evidence and sign-off artefacts.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute migration test cases.

• Perform PVT (Post-Validation Testing) in HPS configurations.
• Validate business rules and product setups.
• Verify interfaces, transactions and downstream impacts.
• Execute reconciliation validation.
• Identify, log and retest defects.
• Support dress rehearsals and production migration validation.
• Produce test evidence and sign-off artefacts.
