Randstad New Zealand in Auckland seeks an experienced Senior Technical Business Analyst to manage Cards Compliance. This 1-year fixed-term salaried contract offers hybrid working arrangements and a role focused on interpreting, assessing and delivering payment network changes across the Cards ecosystem.

Responsabilidades

The Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Business Analyst to manage Cards Compliance. This is a 1-year fixed-term salaried contract offering hybrid working arrangements. You will provide dedicated capability to interpret, assess, and deliver Fintech payment network-mandated changes across the Cards ecosystem. This role ensures ongoing compliance while supporting strategic initiatives such as Virtual cards and Business cards into wallets. By providing dedicated analysis and stakeholder coordination capability, you will reduce delivery bottlenecks, improve requirement quality, and strengthen compliance governance.

Key Duties

• Compliance Delivery: Interpret global payment mandates, perform compliance impact assessments, and deliver scheme-related changes.
• Business Analysis: Manage requirements elicitation, business process modelling, data analysis, and mapping.
• Agile Delivery: Manage backlog, formulate user stories, define acceptance criteria, and provide testing/UAT support.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Facilitate cross-functional workshops, manage vendor engagement, and handle executive communication.
• Risk & Governance: Manage risk identification, compile audit evidence, and support governance reporting.

Skills & Experience Required

• Core Experience: Business Analysis experience working in complex enterprise environments.
• Domain Knowledge: Experience operating within banking, payments, or card issuing domains.
• Compliance Expertise: Demonstrated experience delivering compliance, regulatory, or scheme-related initiatives.
• Delivery Frameworks: Experience working across multiple technology platforms, vendor environments, and large-scale Agile/hybrid programs.
• Desirable Skills: Previous Fintech or global payment scheme compliance experience, knowledge of issuer processing environments, and familiarity with card issuing platforms.
