Your resume and cover letter, tailored to exactly what they’re hiring for.
Mokoia School in New Zealand seeks a caring, creative teacher to inspire senior learners (Year 4–6) in a composite class. You will use structured literacy and numeracy to support progress and connect learning across curriculum areas with outdoor, hands-on experiences.
The role emphasises building confident, curious learners within a community that values the environment and tamariki growth, in a full-time, permanent position.
Do you believe in the power of strong relationships, great teaching and a little outdoor adventure?
We’re looking for a caring, creative and skilled teacher to join our kura and inspire our senior learners. You’ll bring confidence in structured literacy and numeracy, a talent for engaging older learners and a passion for learning that reaches beyond the classroom.
If you love helping tamariki grow in confidence, curiosity and capability, this could be the role for you!
Your superpowers:
We’re more than a school, we’re a community of curious learners, explorers and environmental stewards. As an Enviro School, we believe tamariki learn through doing, growing, exploring and playing. Getting our hands dirty is very much part of the adventure!
