Job summary

Isaac Group is seeking an experienced Surfacing Foreman to lead surfacing crews on civil infrastructure projects across Canterbury. You will coordinate crews, plant, materials, and safety to ensure work is delivered to specification and on schedule.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years in surfacing/paving and at least 3 years in a foreman role, with NZ Class 4 licence and strong leadership abilities. A permanent, full-time position with a 40-hour week and a company vehicle is offered.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of surfacing/paving experience.
• 3+ years in a surfacing/ paving foreman role.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organise and coordinate daily surfacing activities and allocate labour, plant and materials.
• Instruct and lead the Surfacing Team to ensure quality work to specification.
• Monitor project progress and report to management.
