PCR Talent in Auckland is seeking a Senior Structural Engineer to lead the office and drive growth. You will leverage your established local connections to win new work while delivering high-rise and large-scale projects.

You will build the structural team, mentor engineers, and work with Directors on BD strategies, overseeing mid to high-rise commercial, residential, and retail developments.

Formación

• 8–10 years experience in structural engineering.
• CPEng certification required.
• Strong local Auckland network and BD capability.

• Develop and execute BD strategies to win new work.
