Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in software engineering or equivalent.
• Typically 5+ years of industry experience, including 2+ years in a similar role.
• Strong programming and debugging skills.
• Familiarity with software development methodologies and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Perform hands-on software engineering activities including design, development, code review, testing and production support.
• Provide technical leadership and coordinate delivery activities with stakeholders.
• Develop software using Java, J2EE, Spring, and modern web services.
• Support cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality, secure, and maintainable solutions.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and participate in on-call support when required.
