Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher qualification in a relevant field, or at least 2 years’ related work experience.
• Ability to plan, organize and supervise construction site activities.
• Knowledge of H&S regulations and building codes.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and organizing construction site activities from start to finish.
• Manage site activities and workers to meet project deadlines.
• Interpret plans and codes to workers to ensure H&S compliance.
• Oversee all elements of construction work to deliver on time and within budget.
• Coordinate materials, trades, and schedule to suit each project.
• Liaise with engineers, designers, inspectors, and clients to resolve issues.
• Monitor site health & safety and maintain quality standards.
